** ABOUT THIS ROLE
** We’re looking for a
** Junior Sales Operations Analyst
** to support the effectiveness and efficiency of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you'll help manage day-to-day sales operations activities, maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce, and support the team in responding to customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales operations career who’s detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of a high-growth revenue organization.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* *** Sales Operations Support
*** Maintain and update Salesforce records, ensuring data accuracy across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
* Support territory assignments, rep onboarding/offboarding, and basic hierarchy updates.
* Assist with report building and dashboard maintenance to support visibility into pipeline and sales metrics.
* Document sales processes and help drive consistent usage of tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Zoom Info.
** RFP & Proposal Coordination
*** Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to support RFP and proposal responses.
* Coordinate deadlines, gather content from stakeholders, and ensure timely and complete submission of RFPs.
* Maintain a content library of standard RFP responses and company information.
* Track RFP win/loss data and provide basic analysis to support process improvement.
** Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
*** Help facilitate internal documentation and knowledge sharing for GTM processes.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Rev Ops to ensure alignment on account data and GTM planning.
**** OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
***** 1–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, or a related data analyst/data science field, ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines**;
** demonstrated analytical and quantitative capability.
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; experience with systems like Gong, Zoom Info, Linked In a plus.
* Strong written communication skills, especially in coordinating RFP content and sales documentation.
* A self-starter who’s curious, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
