Now Hiring:
Sales Representative – Asphalt & Parking Lot Maintenance

We are a fast-growing asphalt parking lot maintenance company looking to add a motivated Sales Representative to our team. We’ve doubled in size and are on track to double again , and we want someone who’s hungry to grow with us.

Compensation

• $500 per week base pay

• Commission 3 to 5% on all sales

• Strong earning potential for self-driven individuals

Responsibilities

• Generate and close local sales for asphalt and parking lot maintenance services

• Build relationships with local businesses, property managers, and contractors

• Perform door-to-door, phone, and in-person sales

• Follow up on leads and manage your own sales pipeline

• Potential opportunity to sell general contracting services as the role grows

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated, driven, and reliable

• Comfortable with local, in-person sales

• Strong communication and people skills

• Sales experience preferred, but not required for the right attitude

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
