Summary:

We are looking for a driven, customer-service oriented individual to join our growing team in American Fork.

CED is an industry leader in the electrical wholesale market, with over 750+ locations nationwide.

Reports to:

Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+  Ability and desire to develop meaningful relationships with customers and coworkers

+  Fast, hardworking, driven, and motivated

+  High intelligence with the ability to learn quickly

+  High School Diploma, or equal

+  Minimum of 18 Years Old

+  Valid Driver's License with acceptable record

+  Read, write, and understand English

+  Perform basic math functions in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

+  Understand typical American Standard units of weights & measurements

Preferred Qualifications:

+  Bachelor's degree preferred

+ 3 to 4 years of experience in material handling preferred

+ 3 to 4 years of customer service experience preferred

+ 2+ years' experience in Electrical supply industry preferred

+ Previous sales experience

Working Conditions:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

+  Stand, Bend, Twist, Lift, Reach, and Walk with frequent repetition

+  Stoop, kneel, crouch, with occasional sitting

+  Listen and speak clearly

+  Clear vision, or corrected vision, for near, moderate, and distance

+  Lift 50lbs unassisted

Essential Job Functions:

Handle material and associated paperwork from receiving to delivery. Perform all required duties to serve customers and support team goals.

+  Interact with customers over the phone and in person in a friendly and professional manner

+  Sort and identify a wide variety of products and part numbers

+  Locate and re-stock product in assigned locations

+  Handle paperwork in a detailed manner consistent with CED policy

+  Fulfill sales orders accurately and quickly to meet time commitments

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $18 to $20 hourly.
