Sales Lead Generator

YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to drive new residential business. In this role, you'll contact homeowners, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule in-home appointments for our comfort advisors and technicians. You'll use CRM tools to track activity, hit daily and weekly lead targets, and educate customers on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact residential homeowners to generate qualified sales leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on customer needs, home systems, and service timelines
• Schedule in-home appointments for comfort advisors and technicians
• Maintain accurate lead, contact, and appointment data in CRM and tracking tools
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets
• Educate homeowners on YES! service offerings, promotions, and maintenance options
• Follow up on past customers and unsold estimates to create new opportunities
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs for call volume, conversions, and show rates
• Provide professional, friendly customer service on every interaction
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales performance
