YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an energetic In-Store Lead Generator to represent our residential home services inside partner retail locations across Las Vegas. In this role, you'll proactively engage shoppers, start friendly conversations about their home comfort and repair needs, and educate them on our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. You'll qualify prospects, capture accurate contact information, and schedule in-home appointments for our sales and service teams.

Responsibilities
- Proactively approach shoppers in partner retail stores to discuss home comfort needs
- Explain YES! residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services and promotions
- Qualify potential customers and capture accurate contact and household information
- Schedule in-home appointments for sales or service consultations
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead-generation and appointment-setting goals
- Maintain a professional, friendly presence that reflects the YES! brand and culture
- Accurately log leads and appointments into company systems or mobile tools
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize in-store campaigns
- Follow all store, safety, and brand guidelines while working on-site
