Sales Development Representative

• $52K base | $78K OTE | On-site | First SDR hire
• We'rehiringourfirst SDR.You'llbuild the outbound motion with the CEO, not inherit a stale playbook.

• Run researched outbound (40-50 quality dials/day - we deliberately don't run a 100-dial grinder floor) into IT operations leaders at mid-market companies
• Work a structured Hub Spot task queue
• Book qualified meetings directly onto the CEO's and founding AE's calendars
• Help write the playbook: your call recordings and findings shape the sequences everyone after you will run

• 1-3 years of outbound experience with real cold calling, or a non-sales background with undeniable structured hustle
• Comfort calling Manager, Director, and VP-level buyers and holding a business conversation
• Research instincts - you'd rather make 45 smart calls than 150 blind ones
• Strong written communication and CRM discipline (Hub Spot a plus)
• On-site in American Fork, full time

• First-mover seat: we're scaling to a multi-AE team over the next 12 months. The SDR who proves this motion is first in line for AE or team lead.
