We're hiring an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to deliver high-quality residential and light-commercial installations.

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• Use Measure Quick diagnostic tools to verify system efficiency and performance
• Follow company procedures and local building codes on every installation
• Coordinate with team members and dispatch to keep jobs on schedule
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
• Maintain professional, clean job sites and well-stocked company vehicles
• Participate in ongoing technical training through Nexstar and internal programs

• 2+ years of hands‑on HVAC installation experience
• EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces
• Proficiency with — or willingness to learn — Measure Quick tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
