POSITION SUMMARYBucked Up is seeking a highly skilled, resourceful, and self-motivated Facilities & Maintenance Manager to maintain, improve, and troubleshoot everything across our offices, warehouse, production facilities, vehicles, equipment, and properties.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, embraces challenges, and finds solutions. If a problem exists, this person either fixes it personally or ensures the right people are brought in to get it done correctly. This role is critical to keeping Bucked Up running smoothly every day.
The right person is a jack-of-all-trades with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to find solutions where others see problems. One day you may be repairing plumbing; the next you might be troubleshooting electrical issues, coordinating a remodel, repairing equipment, servicing vehicles, or managing outside contractors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES General Maintenance & Repairs- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout all company facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems
- Execute carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and remodeling projects
- Repair doors, locks, gates, fencing, and building fixtures
- Maintain HVAC systems; coordinate outside service providers when necessary
- Maintain warehouse and production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on all company assets
- Assemble, install, and modify equipment as needed
- Keep tools, maintenance supplies, and equipment organized and accounted for
- Coordinate and assist with maintenance of the company vehicle fleet
- Perform minor vehicle repairs and troubleshooting
- Schedule and oversee service appointments
- Track maintenance schedules and records
- Lead facility improvement projects from planning through completion
- Obtain bids from vendors and contractors; evaluate scope and cost
- Manage contractors to ensure quality work and timely delivery
- Oversee remodeling and construction projects on behalf of Bucked Up
- Ensure all projects remain on budget and meet company expectations
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies
- Research and develop solutions for unique operational challenges
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Assist departments with facility and equipment-related needs - Take ownership of problems and see them through to full resolution
- Source and manage outside contractors when specialized work is required
- Ensure contractors perform work safely, correctly, and on schedule
- Review bids, work orders, and invoices
- Strong hands‑on experience in two or more of the following:
- Plumbing
- Electrical systems
- Carpentry and general construction
- Mechanical repair
- Facility maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems independently and creatively
- Comfortable operating power tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self‑starter who requires minimal supervision
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and genuine willingness to tackle any challenge
- Pay is DOE
