Train Under an Expert

Work directly with our Lead Installer who brings 16+ years of industry experience and learn professional flat glass installation techniques from the ground up.

• Install residential and commercial flat glass window film
• Deliver clean, high-quality, detail-oriented installations
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
• Track materials, job completion, and installation time
• Train alongside our Lead Installer before transitioning into running jobs independently
• Represent the company with professionalism and pride

Typical Annual Earnings: $60,000 – $80,000+

Compensation includes:

• Hourly base pay
• Per-job / square-foot production pay
• Performance-based incentives & bonuses

Top performers have the opportunity to earn even more as production increases.

• Company vehicle available after training
• Mileage reimbursement if using personal vehicle
• All tools and materials provided
• Stable Monday–Friday schedule
• Advancement opportunities into leadership positions

Monday–Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible depending on project schedule)

Preferred:

• 1–2 years of tint installation experience
• Flat glass experience is a plus

• Automotive tint installers looking to transition into flat glass
• Motivated individuals with strong work ethic willing to learn

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Background check required
