Maintenance Technician

Bach Team LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities along the Wasatch Front. In this role, you'll perform routine and emergency maintenance on homes, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC troubleshooting, and exterior repairs. You'll inspect homes, respond to homeowner service requests, and complete punch-list items to ensure quality standards. Working closely with superintendents and trade partners, you'll prioritize work orders, document completed tasks, and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential homes (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC troubleshooting).
• Complete punch-list items and repairs to meet company quality standards before and after closing.
• Respond to homeowner service requests and warranty items in a timely, professional manner.
• Inspect homes and community areas to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Prioritize and track work orders, documenting labor, materials, and completion status.
• Collaborate with superintendents, trade partners, and vendors to schedule and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in safe, working condition.
• Follow all company, safety, and OSHA guidelines on job sites.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members about work scope and timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and standards.
