Electrical Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable electrician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair projects across both residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will diagnose electrical issues, run conduit, wire new construction, and upgrade existing electrical systems while strictly adhering to safety standards and code regulations.

• Installation: Run conduit, pull wire, and install electrical boxes, panels, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical malfunctions in residential homes and commercial buildings.
• Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, structural layouts, and technical schematics to plan wiring layouts.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
• Safety: Maintain a safe workspace by following OSHA safety guidelines and utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

• License: Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (Apprentice with strong experience considered).
• Experience: Proven experience working on both residential wiring and commercial electrical systems.

  Proficiency with testing equipment including voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multi-meters.
• Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and stand for long periods.
• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a random drug test. 2+ years of experience in residential. Commercial experience is a plus.
