Senior Software Engineer II

As a Senior Software Engineer II at LVT, you will play a critical role as part of a team of talented software engineers working on Self Service Administration experiences to empower our customers to quickly and easily use our product. You will be responsible for writing quality code, providing technical guidance, software design, and innovating in software development.

• Deliver high‑quality software and ship code into production, collaborating with QA, Dev Ops, and Sec Ops for reliable releases.
• Gather and document requirements, proactively finding missing details.
• Ensure reliability and performance: write and run tests, log metrics, and build dashboards and alerts.
• Provide mentorship to mid‑level and junior engineers and promote modern software engineering practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and streamlining processes across teams.

• 6+ years of professional full‑stack development experience with Type Script, React, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for Docker, orchestration, and CI/CD.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and debug legacy software lacking test coverage and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and switch priorities quickly.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and related tools.
