As the Part-Time Mary & Art Dye Ballfield Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day preparation and maintenance of our baseball and softball fields, ensuring they are in peak condition for all athletes. Your responsibilities will include essential tasks such as infield skin dragging and conditioning, moisture management, and the repair of worn areas including mounds, plates, and batter boxes. You will also manage turf mowing and edging basics, upkeep of the warning track and foul territory, and adhere to irrigation schedules.

Supporting tournament operations on select weekends is mandatory, and you'll be tasked with leading and training a small crew while operating equipment safely and professionally. Your commitment to maintaining a safe and clean complex will help create an inviting environment for players and spectators alike.

To excel as the Part-Time Mary & Art Dye Ballfield Manager, candidates must possess a range of essential skills and qualifications. You must be at least 18 years old, with the ability to commit to a regular schedule of five 8-hour shifts, including mandatory weekend tournament shifts.
