The Office of Student Financial Aid seeks a federal work study student assistant to assist with daily duties. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while developing essential career readiness skills, including effective communication, collaboration, problem solving, professionalism, and digital literacy.

• Must have completed a 25/26 FAFSA and be eligible.
• Must be enrolled in at least 6 hours during the summer.

• Extends excellent customer service to faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
• Provide user assistance in labs.
• Assists in updating webpages.
• Prepares and files documents.
• Completes tasks including typing, copying, faxing, shredding, etc.
• Creates brochures, flyers, forms, surveys, etc.
• Prepares activity reports and similar documents.
• Prepares and maintains spreadsheets.
• Runs errands on campus.
• Reports time daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Ability to concurrently handle both curricular and extra‑curricular assignments.
