• Enter and monitor customer orders and ensure orders ship in a timely manner
• Monitor status of orders and coordinate with production and customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  
  Provide information about the orders, products and services
• Monitor and adjust stock levels for customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve order and product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and manufacturing processes at TSG Resolute
• Cycle count raw materials

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel

• At least two years of related work experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred or post-secondary certificate.
