- The College of Education at Georgia Southwestern State University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position in teacher education. The non-tenure track position is a 10-month appointment to begin August 1, 2026.
- Teach courses in teacher education.
- Provide academic advising.
- Supervise student teachers.
- Engage in professional development activities.
- Contribute to service to the College of Education and the University.
- Promote student success.
- Required Qualifications — For Lecturers:
Master s degree in Teacher Education, Teaching and Learning, Curriculum and Instruction or closely related field is required. - Preferred Qualifications — Preference will be given to candidates with K-12 teaching experience, higher education teaching experience, and demonstrated ability to teach using technology in the classroom and/or online course delivery.
