Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with a Georgia school district to hire a full-time Adaptive Special Education Teacher for a middle school setting. This position centers on providing individualized instruction within a self-contained classroom.
You'll adapt lessons and learning activities to address students' academic, functional, behavioral, and communication goals while creating a consistent environment that encourages participation and independence. Your Role You'll develop and deliver specialized instruction, monitor student progress, and adjust teaching strategies based on individual needs. Collaboration with school staff and support professionals will be an important part of the role as you work together to provide consistent services and meaningful learning opportunities.
Requirements Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field, along with a valid Georgia teaching certificate and Special Education Adaptive Curriculum endorsement. The ideal candidate will bring strong classroom management, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to design and adapt instruction to meet a wide range of academic, functional, and developmental needs.
