Deputy Manager — Quality

Responsibilities

Leading process optimization, root cause analysis and driving scientific and engineering principles into a rapidly changing industrial manufacturing facility.

Implementing product quality improvements by completing root cause analysis leveraging scientific and engineering principles.

Creating, refining, educating, and implementing standard work and process adherence throughout the workforce.

Conducts and documents results of process trials to improve productivity and/or quality.

Leads quality focused improvement efforts and projects.

Implementing product quality improvements, by completing root cause analysis and driving scientific and engineering principles in a fast‑paced industrial manufacturing facility.

Using data to analyze and investigate quality issues as well as making at‑the‑line decisions.

Determining and following through on immediate corrective measures where possible.

Good working knowledge/Quality control of manufacture/repair processes associated with Wellhead and Pressure control components.

Provision of internal audit to check the compliance and cross‑verify through external audit/customer audit.

Provision of CAPA reports and provision of 8D and quality engineer should be aware.
