Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is hiring a full‑time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the inpatient rehabilitation team at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia. This position is ideal for new graduate PTAs or experienced clinicians
, as prior inpatient experience is not required.
The PTA hired will work in a modern, patient‑focused hospital environment alongside a highly qualified interdisciplinary team.

This role is based at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center
, a state‑of‑the‑art 183,000 square foot facility featuring 76 inpatient beds
, all private rooms, and a collaborative care environment.
The Physical Therapist Assistant will support patient care under the direction of Physical Therapists, working with a diverse inpatient population to help patients regain function, mobility, and independence.
Work Schedule- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Optional weekend acute care rotation (not required)
- Consistent schedule supporting strong work‑life balance
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or equivalent standing)
- Eligible for Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- New graduate PTAs encouraged to apply
