Purple Hearts Health Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team in Americus, GA. • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as directed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders as permitted by care plan

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide, CNA, or in-home caregiver preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately
• High school diploma or GED preferred
