We are seeking a full-time Facility/Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Americus, Georgia. This position requires a hands-on individual with strong mechanical skills and physical stamina to perform various building and equipment maintenance tasks. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and troubleshooting issues in real-time.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
• Assist with general cleaning and respond to maintenance requests.
• Manage minor repairs independently and communicate effectively with team members.
• Use hand and power tools safely and confidently.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds; capable of bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and other physical tasks.
• Maintain safety, responsibility, and awareness at all times.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability in attendance and punctuality; overtime may be required.
