This position is responsible for pressure washing, painting interior and exterior surface on campus buildings.

• Performs painting duties (70%)
• Prepares, pressure washes, primes, sands, seals, and patches furniture, surfaces, buildings, and fixtures utilizing all types of painting materials such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, enamel, latex, epoxy, and heat-resistant finishes.
• Operates, cleans and maintains all pressure washing and painting equipment, including brush, roller, sprayer, pumps, and pressure washers.
• Assists in erecting scaffolding and ladders.
• Removes or covers graffiti.
• Pressure washes and paints parking lots and poles.
• Pressure washes and paints campus benches.
• Pressure washes walkways.
• Performs other maintenance duties (20%)
• Assists other personnel in the performance of repair and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintains assigned tools and equipment.

Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Other Required Qualifications
Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.

Required Experience
More than one year of related experience required.
