Lead the service department at a busy multi-brand boat, RV, and powersports dealership. You'll run the shop, schedule the techs, manage warranty and customer repairs, and keep turnaround fast and customers happy.
What you'll do:- Run day-to-day service operations and schedule the technician team
- Open, prioritize, and close repair orders and manage shop workflow
- Handle warranty claims and manufacturer processes across brands
- Give customers clear estimates and timely updates
- Hit targets for quality, turnaround, and customer satisfaction
- Service or shop-management experience in powersports, automotive, RV, or marine
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer-service skills
- Comfortable with warranty processes and dealership service software
- Organized, calm under pressure, and driven to grow the department
