• Lead skilled and unskilled volunteers and homeowner families in construction activities.
• Maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
• Develop volunteer management and construction skills.
• Support community outreach, neighborhood revitalization, and housing initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with public speaking and teamwork.
• Ability to work full time during the program period.
• English language proficiency.
