What You’ll DoProvide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
Perform physical exams, preventative care visits, and health screenings
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and wellness strategies
Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity of care Accurately document patient care and maintain timely medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help enhance care delivery
Qualifications and Experience Masters Degree in Nursing (Required)
Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C) (Required)
BCLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
Department Specific Certifications (Preferred)
Experience in primary care (Preferred)3 years’ experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas. (Preferred)#AH123
