Responsibilities
  • Prospect, sell, and service insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Business, and more).
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow your business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Recruit, train, and lead agency staff as your business expands.
  • Represent Farmers Insurance in your community through networking and involvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Farmers standards and state insurance regulations.
Requirements
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (resources provided).
  • Ability to pass a background, credit, and motor vehicle check.
  • Stable, successful work history (sales, business development, or leadership experience preferred).
