Lead the sales floor at a high-volume, multi-brand boat, RV, and powersports dealership. You'll coach a team of salespeople, drive the numbers, and build the buying experience that turns first-time shoppers into lifelong customers — with pay and bonus that reward performance.
What you'll do:- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit monthly targets
- Manage the sales floor, the ups, and the follow-up process
- Work and desk deals, and help close alongside your team
- Partner with finance, service, and parts for a smooth handoff
- Track pipeline, inventory turn, and CRM follow-through
- Sales-management experience — boat, RV, powersports, or automotive strongly preferred
- A proven record of hitting and growing sales targets
- A strong leader who develops people and closes deals
- Comfortable with a dealership CRM and desking tools
Pay & schedule:
Competitive pay, based on experience. Full-time, at our Americus, GA dealership.
