As demand increases, Plumbing Medic is looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in solving problems, delivering excellent customer service, and producing high-quality work. • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues in customers' homes
• Perform repairs, replacements, maintenance, and plumbing system upgrades
• Educate homeowners on problems, options, and recommended solutions
• Deliver a professional customer experience by communicating clearly and building trust
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Accurately document completed work, recommendations, and service details

• Consistently completing high-quality residential plumbing work with minimal callbacks
• Building trust with homeowners through professional communication and strong service
• Maintaining efficiency while meeting company quality standards
• Contributing to positive customer experiences and company growth
• Increasing earning potential through strong individual performance

• Has residential service plumbing experience (1-3+ years preferred)
• Communicates professionally and confidently with homeowners
• Takes ownership of their work and maintains high standards
• Brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset
• Wants to grow their skills, earnings, and long-term career

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Plumbing license or certifications preferred (Journeyman level a plus but not required based on experience)

• Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentives
• High-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn $25-$40+ per hour in base pay, plus incentive compensation, depending on experience and results
