Salary Range: $13.00 To $13.00 Hourly

Description of Duties : (Butler, GA)

Shift Needs: 7:30 am-3:30 pm

Work with a group of individuals at the Day Center and out in the community on ISP plan along with other tasks.

Assist with needs as outlined in the ISP.

Complete contracts in the community as assigned.

Promote a safe learning environment.

Document and track progress made throughout the day.

Complete training as it is assigned.

Qualifications
:
High School Diploma/GED and one year experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting or associate degree in a related field or one year experience at the lower level or position equivalent (SSS
010). Valid Georgia driver’s license is also required.

Preferred Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. 1 year experience in a social services setting

Agency is an eligible worksite for the VA Education Benefit Program (Veterans)

Agency is an eligible work site for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
