Services Area/Programs:
Crisp DD Day Center
Supervise Individuals on job site.
Assist with needs as outlined in the ISP.
Complete routes/transportation as needed.
Promote a safe learning environment.
Work with a group when applicable
Document and track progress made throughout the day.
Complete training as it is assigned.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED AND one year experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting OR associate degree in a related field OR one year experience at the lower level or position equivalent (SSS
010). Valid Georgia driver’s license is also required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 1 year experience in a social services setting
Agency is an eligible worksite for the VA Education Benefit Program (Veterans)Agency is an eligible work site for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program .
Middle Flint Health & Wellness services the following 11 counties:
