About our roleThe Fleet, Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist is part of the Business Services team supporting the EMEA region. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely expense processing, Concur administration, corporate credit card management, and fleet coordination activities supporting lease car drivers and internal stakeholders.
This position combines operational administration with employee support and requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
What you will do- Manage day-to-day Travel & Expense operations including Concur administration, expense auditing, policy compliance, and employee support
- Administer corporate credit cards including onboarding/offboarding cardholders, monitoring submissions, and following up on outstanding items
- Coordinate fleet and lease car activities, supporting employees, drivers, HR, and leasing providers with daily operations and administration
- Deliver responsive stakeholder support across EMEA while handling ad‑hoc requests and ensuring accurate, timely processing of all related activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within expense reimbursement administration and/or fleet management
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Concur experience preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems is an advantage
- Advanced organisational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
