The Company
A leading international FMCG organisation undergoing a major HR transformation. The company is moving from a decentralised HR model to a global centralised structure with shared service hubs, capability pools, and strategic HR business partners. This shift aims to deliver consistent, efficient, and scalable HR processes worldwide.
Role OverviewAs a HR Process Lead, you will design, optimise, and govern global HR processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior HR leadership, implement a Business Process Ownership (BPO) framework, and drive continuous improvement across the global HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain standardised HR processes globally, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Design and implement a global BPO framework to define ownership and accountability.
- Advise senior HR leadership on process governance and operational excellence.
- Drive alignment between global HR processes and organisational strategy.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure adherence to global HR policies.
- Establish continuous improvement governance and identify automation opportunities.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence, People Services, and Digital HR teams to implement process changes.
- Define and track key process KPIs, analyse performance data, and recommend improvements.
- Support global HR transformation initiatives through change management and capability building.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR process management within a global organisation.
- Proven experience managing large-scale HR digital transformation projects in complex, multi-country environments.
- Deep knowledge of HR technology platforms (Success Factors and/or Service Now).
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and project management expertise (Agile or PMP certification preferred).
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile Scrum is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
