Een toonaangevend HR-platform in Nederland zoekt een Best Practice Designer die een sleutelrol speelt in het optimaliseren van HR- en Payroll-processen. In deze functie ontwerp je en onderhoud je onze HR-processen, werk je samen met interne en externe stakeholders, en zorg je voor de training en kennisoverdracht aan collega's en klanten. Je bent een communicatie-expert en kunt diepgaande inzichten delen om de gebruikerservaring te verbeteren.
