About the RoleThe HR Process Cluster Lead is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of global HR processes, with a primary focus on Onboarding and Recruitment. The role supports a large-scale HR transformation by ensuring standardized processes, system configuration, and operational readiness across multiple countries. Acting as the operational backbone of the process cluster, the role aligns activities across processes, technology, change, and testing streams.
It ensures progress tracking, risk management, and timely delivery of key milestones.
- Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of the assigned HR process cluster, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with the overall transformation plan.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Process, Technology, Change, Testing, and Country teams to manage dependencies and ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Track progress, risks, and issues within the cluster, providing clear reporting and timely escalations with mitigation actions to stakeholders and PMO.
- Drive implementation readiness by coordinating process configuration, documentation (SOPs, work instructions), training, and testing activities.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for cluster stakeholders, consolidating country inputs and supporting consistent global process adoption.
- Proven experience in HR process management or HR transformation programs, with strong hands-on exposure to onboarding and recruitment processes.
- Experience working in global, multi-country environments, preferably within shared service or global HR service delivery models.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage complex, iterative implementations and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of HR systems and digital tools such as Success Factors, Service Now, or similar HR platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
