Een organisatie voor duurzaamheid in Amersfoort zoekt een ervaren HR Adviseur (24-32 uur) die leidinggevenden adviseert over HR-vraagstukken en HR-processen beheert. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en het coördineren van onboarding en offboarding. Het ideale profiel omvat minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een HR-rol en een relevante HBO- of WO-opleiding. De functie biedt een salaris tussen € 52.000 en € 75.500 bij een 40-urige werkweek, met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
