Wat ga je doen?
Als HR-medewerker bij Tools4ever ondersteun je bij het volledige HR-proces: van werving en selectie tot personeelsadministratie en verzuimbegeleiding. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en denkt actief mee over HR-projecten zoals onboarding, employer branding en ontwikkelingstrajecten. Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-team en andere afdelingen in een informele, resultaatgerichte cultuur.
Wat breng jij mee?- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in HRM of een vergelijkbare richting
- Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een dienstverlenende instelling
- Ervaring met HR-systemen is een pré
