Coloplast zoekt een HR Operations Business Partner die als spil fungeert binnen het People & Culture-team. Je bewaakt HR-processen van onboarding tot offboarding en zorgt voor correcte HR-administratie en payroll.
Je werkt in een klein team, beheert dossiers en HR-data, ondersteunt managers en medewerkers bij HR-vragen en levert inzichten via rapportages. Daarnaast draag je bij aan digitalisering en procesverbetering van de employee experience.
