Control Room Team Leader

Location:

Amersfoort, The Netherlands

As the anchor of a 24/7 operation, the Control Room Team Leader provides day‑to‑day leadership, operational support, and escalation management within our Control Room team. The role combines operational duties with additional oversight responsibilities to ensure consistent service delivery, effective task management, and strong support for both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an additional escalation point for customer issues and more complex cases.
  • Support team members with day‑to‑day queries and provide guidance where needed.
  • Maintain close oversight of task completion, workloads, and priorities across the team.
  • Improve visibility of outstanding actions and ensure follow‑ups are completed.
  • Continue working operationally within existing shift patterns while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.
  • Support consistency in processes, standards, and performance across the team.
  • Provide an additional point of support for both customers and colleagues where escalation is required.
