Contact Care zoekt een Client Service Manager die eindverantwoordelijk is voor de operationele dienstverlening van één of meerdere klantaccounts. Je vertaalt klantdoelstellingen naar concrete acties op de werkvloer en stuurt op KPI's, SLA's en bruto marge.
Je werkt nauw samen met HR, WFM en L&D om capaciteit en kwaliteit te aligneren, rapporteert aan de Director of Operations en bouwt de accounts verder uit.
