Beweging 3.0 zoekt een Teammanager Zorg & Welzijn op locatie Nijenstede—Amersfoort. Je geeft integraal leiding aan de zorgeenheid (40 FTE) en bent verantwoordelijk voor dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering, kwaliteit van zorg en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
Je vertaalt zorgbeleid naar tactisch en operationeel handelen, stuurt op resultaten en draagt bij aan zorgvernieuwing en samenwerking binnen Beweging 3.0.
