In this role, you will drive growth for our leading client in Dairy products across the Nordic region, expand Private Label opportunities, accelerate the success of brands such as Chocomel and shape a sustainable export model to unlock the full potential of the Nordic dairy market.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of major retail and Out-of-Home customer accounts;
- Drive revenue, profitability, and long-term business growth;
- Define and execute the local sales strategy;
- Coach, motivate, and guide field sales representatives to achieve strong commercial results;
- Develop effective go-to-market plans and create compelling commercial propositions;
- Increase brand and private-label presence while driving volume growth and operational efficiency.
- Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in sales;
- FMCG experience required; export experience is a plus;
- Proven experience in acquiring new business and growing key accounts;
- Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills;
- Effective communicator with strong influencing skills and a team mindset;
- Proactive, flexible, well‑organized, and results‑driven;
- Digitally savvy with a ‘can‑do’ attitude;
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
Based in the Netherlands.
