Sales Consultant Biosurgery – Southern Netherlands

We are looking for a sales‑driven, charismatic Sales Consultant Biosurgery in the Southern region of the Netherlands to promote adoption of biosurgery hemostatic products.

• Sell innovative biosurgery products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory.
• Promote value‑driven care, building strong relationships and delivering sustained value to customers.
• Facilitate in‑hospital trainings to surgeons, specialists, nurses, and operating theatre management to increase product knowledge and application.
• Provide specialized guidance and expert advice on the optimal use of our products in various surgical procedures.
• Generate sales analyses and proactively adapt plans to enhance overall sales performance.
• Contribute to the successful launch of two new innovations in the field of hemostats.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of hospital sales experience (1–3 years considered).
• Native speaking Dutch and fluent in English, both written and speaking.
• Self‑starter who works independently, identifies opportunities, and connects with diverse stakeholders.
• Results‑driven, excellent, and passionate about business achievement.

• Knowledge and relations in the spine or cardiovascular field.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Dutch healthcare system.

The anticipated base pay range is €45,100 to €72,910 per annum, including an 8 % holiday allowance. In addition to base pay, we offer an annual bonus targeting a percentage of pay, sales commissions, vacation days, parental leave of at least 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, wellbeing reimbursement, financial, physical and mental health programs, service-anniversary awards, and various insurance plans.
