Key Responsibilities
- Projecting a professional and friendly image by providing efficient, courteous service to clients and visitors, both in person and by telephone
- Performing general office duties such as making deliveries, running errands, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Opening the office, unlocking doors, and preparing the reception area for the day; assisting with office closing procedures
- Providing general office administration support
- Providing administrative support to legal administrative assistants (LAAs) and attorneys as needed
- Performing other job‑related duties and special projects as required
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with desktop technologies
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Client‑service orientation and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Standard work hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility
- We anticipate this temporary position will last approximately 4 to 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is required
This is a temporary position and is not eligible for benefits.
The estimated starting pay range is $19‑$25/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
