Learning and Development Specialist

Robert Half is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support a high-impact training function through systems maintenance, Excel-based program support, and cross-team coordination.

What You'll Do:

+ Manage the backend of learning systems, translating training documents from departments into organized, trackable formats (primarily in Excel and internal systems)

+ Support learning platforms and tools to ensure programs run efficiently and users have a seamless experience

+ Format, organize, and maintain data-creating clean spreadsheets, simple charts, and visual reporting to support training insights

+ Partner cross-functionally to gather training content and ensure it's accurately reflected in learning systems

+ Coordinate training logistics and assignments, keeping programs structured, compliant, and easy to navigate

+ Provide day-to-day support to leaders and employees navigating training systems and resources

+ Monitor training data and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement

+ Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure training records meet compliance standards

Requirements

What You bring:

+ Experience in learning & development, training coordination, or program support

+ Strong Excel skills (comfortable formatting data, organizing spreadsheets, and creating basic charts/graphs-no advanced functions required)

+ A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to take information and build structured systems

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments

+ Flexibility and adaptability-you can shift gears quickly and manage changing priorities
