The Special Projects Coordinator serves as a key extension of both the Corner Post team and our clients' teams. This individual thrives in fast‑paced environments, excels at managing details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and helps ensure complex projects, events, meetings, and strategic initiatives are executed with excellence.
From coordinating executive meetings to managing large‑scale events and special programs, this role is responsible for turning plans into action and keeping critical projects moving forward through detailed, professional communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate special projects, events, and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, logistics, budgets, and deliverables remain on track.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members, maintaining proactive communication, preparing project‑related communications and materials, and fostering strong relationships.
- Manage project plans, timelines, task assignments, and status reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives, helping identify potential risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
- Manage meeting, event, travel, and board‑related logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and follow‑up communications.
- Oversee onsite event and program execution, serving as a lead coordinator to manage vendors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience for attendees and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development, coordination, and review of communications, presentations, meeting materials, and event assets to ensure quality, accuracy, and readiness for clients and stakeholders.
- Represent Corner Post and client organizations with professionalism, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail while supporting operational, communications, and organizational needs.

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree; or 5+ years of experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED: Experience in agriculture or agribusiness and/or experience coordinating events, programs, projects, or client‑facing initiatives. This experience is a plus but is not required.
