Ames Community School District in Ames, IA is seeking a full-time Lead Administrative Assistant at Meeker Elementary. The position runs on a Monday–Friday 8-hour schedule within a 10-month calendar, starting August 2026 for the school year.
You will support the principal, staff, students and families, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain records. Prior admin experience and proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office are preferred.
