The Senior Multimedia Designer serves as a creative lead and visual storyteller for Corner Post and our agriculture clients, helping translate complex ideas into compelling, strategic, and visually engaging content. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, excels at balancing multiple creative priorities, and brings a strong eye for detail without losing sight of overall brand and communication goals.
From developing impactful design systems and digital content to creating multimedia assets across print, web, social, events, and marketing platforms, this role is responsible for elevating the visual quality of Corner Post’s work. The Senior Multimedia Designer plays a key role in shaping how our clients show up visually, ensuring every piece of creative work is intentional, polished, and aligned with broader storytelling and strategic objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Lead the creation and execution of high-quality visual and multimedia content across print, digital, web, social media, events, and email platforms, ensuring all work is aligned with client goals, brand standards, and strategic messaging.
- Serve as a key creative partner to both internal teams and clients, translating ideas and objectives into compelling visual concepts, and maintaining proactive communication throughout the creative process.
- Manage multiple design and multimedia projects simultaneously, including timelines, asset development, revisions, and delivery, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and creative excellence across all deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with CRMs and Project Leads to ensure creative work is effectively integrated across campaigns, channels and platforms.
- Oversee the development and refinement of brand systems and design standards for clients, ensuring consistency and elevating overall visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to the development of client-facing materials, presentations, and creative deliverables, ensuring all content is accurate, visually compelling, and ready for distribution or presentation.
- Represent Corner Post and client organizations with professionalism, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail while supporting creative needs across a wide range of projects and initiatives.

- Technical Proficiency – Demonstrates proficiency with industry-standard design software, multimedia tools, and emerging creative technologies.
- Continuous Learning – Stays current with design trends, technology, and best practices to continually enhance creative excellence and client outcomes.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years of design experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED:
Experience in agriculture or agribusiness.
