- Engage Daily:
Respond to customer inquiries in person and various other channels (phone, email, live chat, and/or social media) with clarity, empathy, and speed. - Problem‑Solve:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues. - Be the Expert:
Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and internal policies to provide accurate information. - Advocate for the Customer:
Document and elevate valuable customer feedback to the management team. - Keep it Clean:
Accurately update customer records, log interactions and maintain a professional inviting environment.
- Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role (Automotive or technical background is a major plus!). - Communication:
Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex things in simple terms for all to understand. - Tech‑Savvy:
Comfortable navigating multiple software tools simultaneously. - Emotional Intelligence:
High empathy, active listening skills, and thick skin for handling difficult or stressful customer situations with grace. - Adaptability: A knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
