Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping them with purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also help members load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of delays, inform them of out‑of‑stock items, offer alternative options, ensure items are selected and packaged according to company policies, dispense items when members arrive, resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, correcting, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions; process purchases; handle payments according to company policies; use cash registers; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; assist with transporting items; retrieve carts using equipment; and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; execute tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to change.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour. Additional premiums may apply.
