Job Description- Planning and conducting practices, drills, and event day match‑ups (Support from high school staff as needed)
- Provides instruction and guidance to wrestlers, focusing on skill development and overcoming adversity.
- Observes and analyzes athlete performance, providing feedback and adjustments.
- Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance.
- Helps organize team travel and logistics.
- Communicates with student athletes and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student‑athletes.
